Common questions
Is this therapy? No. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Manitoba, Canada, and that training informs how I listen — but coaching is a different service with a different goal: performance and self-leadership, not diagnosis or treatment. If what you need is therapy, I’ll say so and help you find the right person.
What approach do you use? The work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a practical model for understanding the competing “parts” that drive high performers — combined with two decades of running real businesses.
What if I miss a week? Life happens; sessions reschedule within the engagement window. The six weeks can stretch to eight if they need to.
